FEE SCHEDULE

Share Draft (Checking) Account Fees

• Draft (Non Sufficient Funds) NSF:       $ 10.00 per item.
• Returned Item:                                       $ 15.00 per item.
• Stop Payment:                                        $ 5.00 per request.
• Share Draft Printing:Prices may vary
depending upon style.
• Cancelled Draft (Check) Copy:              $ 5.00 per item.

Money Market Account Fees
• Withdrawals for less than $500.00:        $15.00 per item.

Other Service Fees (applicable to all accounts)

• Travelers Checks:
Single Signature:                                        $ .50 per $100.00.
Dual Signature:                                         $ 1.00 per $100.00.
Gift Checks:$ 2.50 per check.
Dormant Account (after 24 months):        $ 1.00 per month
* ACH (Non Sufficient Funds) NSF:       $ 10.00 per item. *
* Not covered by overdraft protection

Visa Check Card Fees
• After 4 free monthly uses at
ATM Machine:                                      $ 1.00 per use.
• All other uses:                                    $ 1.00 per use.
• Overdraft fees:                                 $ 15.00 per item. *

• Replace lost card:                             $ 5.00 per card
• Replace lost PIN:                               $ 3.00
When you use an ATM not owned by us, you may be charged a fee
by the ATM operator (or any network used) (and you may be charged
a fee for a balance inquiry even if you do not complete a fund transfer).

Office Services
• Teller checks are limited to two per customer per day:
• Teller check for less than $250.00:                  $ 1.00 per check.
• Account activity printouts:                                  $ 1.00 per account.
• Monthly statement printout:                                $ 1.00 per month
• Mailing fee for teller checks:                               $ .50 per item.
• Mailing fee for receipts:                                      $ .50 per item.
• Research fee (one hour minimum):                $ 15.00 per hour
• Check cashing fee 1.00% of check **
** No fee for account balance of 100 shares or greater.

The rates and fees appearing in this Schedule are accurate
and effective for accounts as of the Last Dividend Declaration
Date. If you have any questions or require current rate and
fee information on your accounts, please call the Credit
Union. (Effective January 1, 2008.)
